Casa P17 is a small holiday rental in Varese: three apartments run by Federico and Sarah, at Via Nino Bixio 55, a few steps from the hospitals and the centre.

“P for Pietro, our son. 17 for the day he was born: Friday the 17th, in 2017. They say it brings bad luck; for us it was the luckiest day of our lives. Pietro arrived after a long journey of appointments, waiting and hope. We know what it means to spend your days in waiting rooms and hospital corridors. That is why we wanted casaP17 to be a place where you come back in the evening and feel at home, a few steps from the hospitals of Varese.”

Three apartments, three colours
Each apartment has its own colour, taken from the interiors: blue, terracotta and green. Mono Terracotta and Mono Verde have been featured in AD Italia.
